They receive specialized training in this field for a period ranging from 6 to 8 years, enabling them to perform necessary surgical interventions safely and effectively.

Pediatric Neurology: Pediatric neurology deals with the diagnosis and treatment of brain and nervous system disorders in children. Physicians in this field undergo extensive training for a period ranging from 10 to 13 years to handle complex cases including epilepsy, paralysis, autism, dizziness, headaches, seizures, and muscle diseases.

Pediatric Hematology: Pediatric hematology focuses on diagnosing and treating blood-related diseases and bone marrow disorders in children. Doctors in this field receive specialized training for a period ranging from 13 to 15 years to ensure the delivery of the best medical services.

Pediatric Nephrology: Pediatric nephrologists diagnose and treat kidney and urinary tract diseases in children. They provide comprehensive care for children with kidney and urinary tract problems, receiving intensive training for up to 13 years.

Pediatric Immunology and Allergy: Pediatric immunologists and allergists diagnose and treat immune-related diseases and allergies in children. Pediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology: In this field, diseases of the liver, stomach, and intestines in children aged 0-18 years are diagnosed and treated. Physicians in this department, who perform imaging techniques such as endoscopy and colonoscopy, receive three years of training in pediatric gastroenterology and a total of 7 years of specialized training.

Pediatric Endocrinology: Pediatric endocrinology deals with hormone-related diseases and glands that secrete hormones. Physicians receive six years of medical school education, four years of pediatric health and diseases, and three years of training in pediatric endocrinology.

Pediatric Intensive Care: Children aged 28 days and older, as well as those up to 18 years old, who are critically ill, are monitored by pediatric intensive care specialists around the clock, 365 days a year, in pediatric intensive care units. These patients are generally kept under observation in these units to monitor their overall condition due to system failure, organ failure, or after surgery. After completing six years of medical school, pediatric intensive care physicians complete four years of pediatric medicine and three years of pediatric intensive care.
